Return and Refund Policy

Blanchette Families of North America wants you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Physical Products
If a physical product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered or downloaded. If you experience a problem receiving or accessing your digital purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Donations
Donations made to Blanchette Families of North America are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us as soon as possible.
